+ Can I get a ticket refund?
All tickets are sold on a final sale basis. Before purchasing tickets, it is your responsibility to carefully review the concert event information, and performance date. Policies prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased. However, if you would like us to reconsider due to a special circumstance, please contact us.

+ Is the Bossanova Ballroom wheelchair accessible?
Bossanova Ballroom is ADA accessible. However, there is not an elevator. If you or someone you will be with requires assistance please contact us prior to the event for accessibility options.
+ Is there/will there be food available?
Bossanova Ballroom always has a menu available to patrons.
+ Is there / will there be a full bar?
There is a full bar available for those 21 and over as well as a non-alcoholic drink menu available to all.

If you are a professional photographer you may contact us for consideration. Otherwise, recording of any kind is not permitted.
