Bossanova Ballroom has been hosting events for Portland subculture and arts communities since 1907. In 2022 and beyond, this means we will continue to hold space for our community. This includes ALL members of our Portland community. Bossanova has a strict policy of no tolerance for racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or any other form of dehumanizing beliefs.

We welcome and celebrate: BIPOC, LGBTQ+, METALHEADS, PUNKS, THE WORKING CLASS, AND ALL UNDERGROUND ARTS. We want everyone to feel safe and have an amazing experience when at our venue. We are representative of our community and we put faces in places, meaning we hire those we represent.

Bossanova is committed to providing and hosting events for the LGBTQ+ community long term, as we are representative of the diverse spectrum of the Portland community we serve.
