What are the rates? Rates depend on the type of event you are looking to hold and the day you want to hold it. Please fill out a contact form with as much detail as possible and the event coordinator will be in touch with you.
What is the capacity? 750.
How do I check for date availability? Please check the calender first. Make sure when filling out the contact form you put in your events' possible date(s).
Can it be All-Ages? We do have the option to do All-Ages events!
Do you hold weddings? Yes, we do hold weddings!
Do you provide catering? The Bossanova Ballroom does not have an in-house caterer, but we do have a preferred catering list. If you are wanting to use a caterer not on our list, we require that they have all the appropriate licensing and that their staff hold food handlers permits.
I'm curious as to the purchase of tickets
How can I purchase tickets for a show? Please see the event listed on the calender. If there is not an option to buy tickets from there, the promoter has chosen to only sell tickets at the door. You can call (503) 206-7630 for more information if necessary.
Can I upgrade or downgrade purchased tickets? Depending on the show there may be the option to upgrade tickets. Please call (503)203-7630.
Can I buy tickets at the Box Office? Unfortunately, there is not a Box office at the Bossanova ballroom.
Can I get a refund for a purchased ticket? The option for refund is up to the promoter of the show. Please see the event's details for the contact information of the promoter.
Can and how do I purchase tickets the day of the show? Most shows have the option to buy tickets at the door upon opening on the night(s) of the event.
I can't find the link to buy tickets? Most likely, there are not pre-sale tickets available for the show you are looking at attending. Please see the event's details or call (503)206-7630 for more information.
How can I find out if a show is sold out? Please see the ticket link to find out if the show is sold out.

Is your venue wheelchair accessible? Bossanova Ballroom is ADA accessible, but there is not an elevator. If you are or have someone that is in a wheelchair please call (503)206-7630 for our wheelchair accessibility options.
How can I reserve a seat/good spot for a show? Most shows are first-come first-serve unless otherwise detailed on the tickets.
